Introductions…

I am a licensed, board certified, psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (MSN, APN, PMHNP-BC) in New Jersey and Arizona. I add new states periodically, so please inquire about availability in other states.

My mission is to provide personalized, holistic care—not just symptom management. I continually learn and grow in holistic health practices and integrative medicine. More services are added as this practice expands.

I specialize in evidence-based treatments and services. I received my graduate education from Drexel University, completed a residency at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and Virtua, and completed Psychological First Aid training at Johns Hopkins University. I have experience in community mental health, outpatient care, inpatient hospitalizations, residential treatment, and private practice.

I provide mental health and psychiatric services via telehealth, including cognitive behavioral therapy, supportive therapy, psychological first aid, psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness-based interventions, medication management, polypharmacy review/management, and more.

Focus and specialty

• Patient population: Adults ages 18 and up only.

• Diagnoses/conditions treated: Anxiety, depression, social anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, treatment‑resistant depression, obsessive‑compulsive disorder, women’s mental health, healthcare provider burnout, and adjustment disorders.

*I do not accept insurance and am out-of-network. I can provide a superbill upon request that you may submit to your insurance on your own for possible reimbursement.
